Key findings

The ‘BIZ App’ cannot be operated with the keyboard. The app does not send status messages for actions, which means that users of technical aids do not receive any feedback. There are many blank or unlabelled elements in the app, making it very difficult for screen reader users to use and sometimes confusing. For example, for blind users in the ‘Occupations Assistant by Interest’ section, the instruction (‘EVALUATION: CLICK ON THE HEXAGON!’) isn’t very helpful. Overall, due to the above restrictions, the majority of the app is reserved for sighted people only.
