Key findings

The app is sufficiently usable with a screen reader. Payments can be made easily. The visual process display is equipped with text alternatives. However, in other places, such as the settings, there are graphics that have no meaningful alternative text. Keyboard operation is not accessible everywhere: the focus is not consistently visible and it is not possible to interact with some elements. The date selector also has a keyboard trap. The text size can be adjusted to some extent, but there are overlaps at different places. The bank statements in PDF format do not exhibit correct semantics, which makes it difficult to use them with a screen reader.
