Key findings

It was possible to configure the settings of the Post app with the technical aids used during the tests. However, it has some alternative text for purely decorative graphics that are unnecessarily read out by the screen reader. The franking of deliveries works with minor limitations: some labels are missing, which makes it difficult for screen reader users to use them. All input fields contain identical error messages, which are not linked to the affected field. Zooming the text size works almost all of the time. In many areas of the app, it is not possible to access items with the keyboard.
