Key findings

The central function of the app, confirming logins, can only be done via a swipe gesture – there’s no alternative input method. As a result, the app’s main function is not possible with a keyboard or screen reader. Some elements cannot be focussed with the keyboard, or can be focussed but not used. Error messages are not read out by the screen reader and headings are only visually recognisable and not marked as such semantically. In the app, many switches are not marked with a role and some of the labels are not linked correctly.
