Key findings

The main functions such as QR-code payments and sending and requesting money can be used in everyday life without any significant obstacles. Access to the overview of account movements and usability of the settings area are possible without restriction too. However, the contrasts are sometimes insufficient and there’s room for improvement with regard to the ability to zoom texts given that only a few elements can be enlarged. The app can only be used in portrait format. Use with a screen reader and keyboard is possible with the exception of certain restrictions: some labels on forms are missing or not informative enough. Sometimes the labels are not directly linked to the corresponding fields, so it is necessary to swipe twice to access the full content. One of the biggest limitations is the keyboard pitfall in the message function: if the keyboard focus is in the message field, it is not possible to leave the field using the keyboard alone.
