Key findings

The settings can be configured smoothly with a screen reader too. Setting up appointments and making calls are generally accessible, but operation via keyboard or screen reader doesn’t always work: accessing or activating controls isn’t possible during calls. What’s more, reactions from other participants, such as ‘thumbs up,’ are only displayed visually; screen reader users are not given any indication of this. Magnification generally works well, but isn’t possible in several instances. The minimum contrast ratios are not always met, e.g. when entering a chat, the contrast is not sufficient.
