The Swiss Accessibility Study 2023 – Mobile Apps examines a broad spectrum of apps from thirteen usage categories. The selection focuses on apps that are popular in Switzerland for coping with everyday personal and professional life.
Of the 50 test candidates, six apps were dropped. In the list below, the omitted apps are marked with a strike. The current list includes the 41 apps we are examining as part of the study.
The categories listed refer to the categories in the Google Play Store.App categorisations are not always logical. For example, the ‘Alertswiss‘ app can be found in the ‘Education’ category. For better traceability of the selection, we have kept the categories from the Google Play Store.
