Key findings

In the settings area of the app, switches are correctly labelled and semantic headings are available. Various self-services in the app, such as setting up redirects or disabling phone numbers, work smoothly. Screen reader users can filter in the ‘Invoices’ section, but this is complicated by the unclear way of using the app and the labelling. Screen reader users lack feedback at various points: for example, when search results are updated automatically. The technical assistance form and the chat are awkward to use with screen readers. New messages are not announced by the screen reader and many icons are not labelled logically. Alternative texts are not available everywhere and sometimes only in English. Because the keyboard focus is not visible anywhere, the app cannot be used with an alternative input device such as a keyboard.
