On a normalised scale, the grade corresponds to 0.94 points. The grade must not lead to an improvement in the overall assessment and is therefore cut to 0.89 points for the calculation. This value is weighted at 50% in the overall assessment.
Key findings
The settings of the app are easy to use with a screen reader and a keyboard. Calls, chats and surveys are for the most part accessible. Strangely, the screen reader announces incoming messages from unopened chats, but not when they arrive in the active chat. The keyboard operation is generally intuitive, but there is one drastic keyboard pitfall: after sending a message, you can no longer leave the message field because a tab stop is inserted in the message field using the Tab key. The contrast ratios are good overall, with some exceptions, and the font size does not adjust consistently. The app can be used in landscape format throughout.
